About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our retail partners and driving sales growth. Your main tasks will include:

  • Building strong relationships with key retail partners
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Managing and resolving customer inquiries or issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • An understanding of the retail industry and sales processes
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in French and English languages
