Position Overview:

As an Innovation and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating research-driven initiatives that promote educational innovation and advancement. This role involves collaborating with educators, administrators, and community stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement innovative programs and practices.

Responsibilities:

Conducting in-depth research on educational best practices and innovative approaches
Developing and implementing strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborating with district leaders and faculty to identify opportunities for innovation
Evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives
Providing support and professional development opportunities for educators

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in educational research, program development, or innovation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
