Telefónica Valencia, a leading telecommunications company, is currently seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team. We have an exciting opportunity available in our operations department that focuses on the strategic development and improvement of our production processes.

Position: Senior Production Strategist

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our production processes to maximize productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of our existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency
Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate process improvement initiatives
Implement performance measurements and tracking systems to monitor production effectiveness
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to improve supply chain processes
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to identify innovative manufacturing technologies

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to foster strong working relationships across different teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
