Instead of focusing on traditional Franchise/Chain roles, we are seeking someone who can take charge of our global expansion strategy, identify new market opportunities, and lead the way in building strategic partnerships to enhance our international presence.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global expansion strategies to increase market share and brand presence across different countries and regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential new markets and investment opportunities.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and distributors to expand our international network.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify strategic business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of entering new markets.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations for management and potential business partners.
  • Monitor and oversee the execution of international sales and marketing activities.

Your qualifications:

  • Proven experience in expanding businesses globally within the franchise/chain industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the wine industry and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strategic mindset and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
