Role: Creative Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify creative solutions for construction challenges
Develop and implement innovative concepts in material usage, construction techniques, and design aesthetics
Research and analyze emerging trends in architecture, art, and sustainable design
Contribute to the development of new product lines with a focus on creativity and practicality
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
Create and present visual proposals and prototypes to stakeholders
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Degree in architecture, industrial design, or related field
Prior experience in art, design, or creative problem-solving
Proficient in design software/tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team
Passion for innovation, with a natural curiosity for new approaches in design and technology
