Position: Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach in the community
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing projects to ensure targets are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business growth strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Passion for digital literacy and a strong understanding of the industry
