We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team in the Balearic Islands. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing strategic legal advice while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

Assume responsibility for providing sound legal advice on a wide range of legal matters affecting the business, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Support the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives to protect the interests of the company.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions.
Stay updated with relevant legislation and regulations to ensure compliance across all operations.
Assist in negotiating and drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.

Requirements:

Law degree from a reputable university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, ideally within the energy sector.
Sound knowledge of Spanish law and experience working with relevant local laws and regulations.
Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and handle complex legal issues.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
