In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, developing community outreach programs, and facilitating meaningful collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and connect with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies to understand their needs and objectives.
- Design and implement initiatives that promote community health, education, and overall well-being.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local organizations to maximize resource allocation and impact.
- Coordinate and execute community events, workshops, and volunteer programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Social Work, or Community Development.
- Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
