We're Hiring a Community Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative community engagement strategies to promote our mission, values, and programs
Create and manage partnerships with businesses, organizations, and community leaders to support our initiatives
Organize and coordinate engaging events, workshops, and community projects
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns and initiatives
Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of community engagement efforts
Provide excellent customer service and support to our community members

Requirements:

Strong passion for social responsibility, inclusivity, and community development
Proven experience in community engagement, sales, or related fields
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive engagement
Knowledge of retail trends and sales techniques
Experience in event planning and project management
Proficiency in using digital tools, social media platforms, and CRM software
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
