We're Hiring a Community Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative community engagement strategies to promote our mission, values, and programs
- Create and manage partnerships with businesses, organizations, and community leaders to support our initiatives
- Organize and coordinate engaging events, workshops, and community projects
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns and initiatives
- Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of community engagement efforts
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our community members
Requirements:
- Strong passion for social responsibility, inclusivity, and community development
- Proven experience in community engagement, sales, or related fields
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive engagement
- Knowledge of retail trends and sales techniques
- Experience in event planning and project management
- Proficiency in using digital tools, social media platforms, and CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
