Position: Community Wellness Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Community Wellness Coordinator, you will be at the heart of promoting health and wellness within our Jerusalem community.
Your main role will be to develop and implement innovative programs that address the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our students, staff, and faculty.
You will collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to create a holistic approach to wellness, integrating Jewish values and teachings.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver wellness programs and initiatives that cater to diverse needs and interests.
Organize educational workshops, seminars, and health-related events to foster an atmosphere of learning and personal growth.
Provide support and guidance to individuals seeking assistance with health and wellness-related issues.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, counselors, and community organizations to enhance our offerings and resources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (public health, social work, psychology, etc.)
Experience in program development, event planning, or community engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for promoting wellness and empowering individuals to lead healthy lives.
Knowledge of Jewish culture, traditions, and values.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
