ROMA KG is a renowned organization in Bavaria that specializes in innovative solutions for land management and environmental sustainability. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sustainable Land Management Specialists.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and techniques for sustainable land use in rural areas
Conduct assessments of agricultural practices to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Create and implement plans for soil conservation and erosion control
Collaborate with farmers, local authorities, and research institutes to promote sustainable practices
Provide guidance on organic farming, crop rotation, and biodiversity preservation
Identify and address issues related to climate change and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field
Proven experience in sustainable land management or agricultural consultancy
Strong knowledge of local agricultural practices and environmental regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders
Proficient in using GIS software and other relevant tools
Fluent in German and English
