Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Community Development, Social Sciences)
Proven experience in healthcare program development, implementation, and evaluation
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
