Your Role:

As a Tech Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in leveraging technology to enhance and support our operations, contributing to the success of our conservation efforts. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, integrating various systems and applications, and ensuring their seamless operation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological needs, providing technical expertise and support across departments.

Your Responsibilities:

Analyze existing systems and propose software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Design, develop, and deploy robust applications and software solutions
Create and maintain documentation of systems, code, and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology requirements and develop comprehensive solutions
Perform system integrations and ensure smooth data flow between applications
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations on their adoption

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong programming skills with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Hands-on experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Understanding of IT security best practices and data privacy regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
