Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement and drive customer acquisition.
Create engaging content for various online channels, such as blogs, social media platforms, and forums.
Analyze user data to identify trends, insights, and emerging opportunities.
Monitor and manage customer interactions on digital platforms, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative ideas to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and ability to interpret metrics.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
