The Role

As the Innovation Lead - Green Solutions, you will be at the forefront of driving groundbreaking advancements in the agricultural sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions that address the challenges faced by farmers, ranchers, and rural communities in the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and scout for emerging technologies, practices, and processes relevant to the agricultural sector.
Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing, prototyping, and testing new green solutions.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to foster innovation and knowledge exchange.
Present research findings, project updates, and proposals to both internal stakeholders and industry experts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and policy changes to ensure our solutions remain on the cutting edge.
