Position: Adventure Specialist

Your role as an Adventure Specialist is to curate and deliver exceptional travel experiences for our valued customers. As the face of Virgin Australia Regional Airlines, you will be responsible for creating bespoke itineraries, assisting with bookings, and offering personalized recommendations to ensure each traveler's journey is truly memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with local tourism operators to create exciting adventure packages
Provide exceptional customer service through personalized travel planning
Build and maintain relationships with regional suppliers and partners
Stay up-to-date with local attractions, events, and travel trends
Manage multiple customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings

Requirements:

Passion for adventure and exploring Queensland's natural wonders
Demonstrated knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and activities in Queensland
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in customer service or tourism-related role is preferred
Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology
