Your Role:

Oversee the operational performance of multiple branches within our organization, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products and services
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize customer satisfaction
Manage and mentor a team of branch managers, providing guidance and support
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement corrective measures to drive business growth and profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative strategies to improve operational effectiveness
Maintain a strong focus on compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in operational management or a similar role within the franchise/chain industry
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated track record of driving operational improvements and achieving targets
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Prior experience working in South Africa and familiarity with local regulations will be advantageous
