Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to engage and foster a sense of community among our diverse customer base
- Develop and manage initiatives to promote inclusivity and cultural appreciation within the outdoor gear industry
- Create and curate content that resonates with different communities' preferences, utilizing various media platforms
- Coordinate with our creative team to produce visually appealing and culturally sensitive materials
- Monitor and analyze trends and insights relevant to our target audience to optimize our community engagement efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community engagement goals with overall marketing objectives
Requirements:
- A passion for understanding and appreciating diverse cultures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in developing engaging content for different online platforms
- Proficiency in utilizing digital analytics tools to drive data-based decision-making
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to foster relationships with influencers and key individuals within relevant communities
- Knowledge of the outdoor gear industry is a plus
