Position: Regulatory Solutions Specialist

Your Role:

Drive regulatory compliance across our organization, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations related to the automotive industry.
Monitor legal developments and provide guidance on emerging regulations, frameworks, and policy changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies and processes.
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
Respond to legal inquiries and provide practical advice on regulatory matters.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and actively participate in relevant conferences and forums.
Develop and deliver training programs on compliance and regulatory matters.

Your Profile:

A law degree from a reputable university.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the automotive industry but not limited to legal practice.
Sound understanding of German and European legal systems and familiarity with automotive regulations.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
