Your Role:

Lead a team of technology specialists, guiding them in the development and deployment of advanced software and hardware solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology throughout the supply chain.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, advising the company on the adoption of new tools and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing technology projects in the logistics and transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of software and hardware solutions, including supply chain management systems, telematics, and IoT.
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Italian and English.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
