Position: Financial Operations Coordinator

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage the organization's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Conduct financial analysis and present recommendations to senior management.
Perform cost-benefit and profitability analyses.
Monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Participate in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations as needed.
Assist in grant applications and funding opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
