Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that align with FIFA's mission
Research and analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and potential partnerships to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and initiatives throughout the organization
Manage projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technological advancements to continuously enhance FIFA's innovation capabilities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of FIFA's innovation strategy and roadmap
Provide expert advice and strategic guidance on innovation-related matters to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field
Proven experience in driving innovation initiatives within a complex organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
Passion for football and understanding of the sports industry is a plus
