Position: Community Development Specialist

As a Community Development Specialist at our Medical Center, you will play a vital role in fostering strong ties with local agricultural communities and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to develop sustainable agricultural programs, promote food security, and enhance the quality of life in rural areas.

Responsibilities:

Engage with local farmers and ranchers to identify their needs and develop tailored programs to support their growth and sustainability.
Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to implement agricultural initiatives that improve access to nutritious food and promote healthy living.
Conduct outreach activities and workshops to educate community members on best practices related to agriculture and rural development.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse community members.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver engaging presentations and reports.
Experience in project management and community outreach.
A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
