We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Compliance Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals with a background in legal/law to take on an important role in shaping and ensuring the compliant operations of our park.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws
- Conduct regular reviews of internal processes, contracts, and agreements to identify potential legal risks
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to management and staff on contractual matters, employment law, intellectual property, and other legal issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry standards to proactively advise the organization on necessary actions
Requirements:
- Professional experience in legal compliance, contract law, or related field
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within the amusement park industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to review and draft legal documents
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
