We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Compliance Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals with a background in legal/law to take on an important role in shaping and ensuring the compliant operations of our park.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement legal compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws
Conduct regular reviews of internal processes, contracts, and agreements to identify potential legal risks
Provide legal counsel and guidance to management and staff on contractual matters, employment law, intellectual property, and other legal issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws
Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry standards to proactively advise the organization on necessary actions

Requirements:

Professional experience in legal compliance, contract law, or related field
Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within the amusement park industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
Attention to detail and ability to review and draft legal documents
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
