Position: Agricultural Development Specialist

About the Role:

Work closely with local farmers and agricultural communities to develop sustainable agricultural practices and improve rural livelihoods.
Provide expertise in optimizing crop yields, implementing environmentally friendly farming techniques, and ensuring efficient resource management.
Collaborate with regional authorities, research institutions, and industry experts to support the adoption of innovative farming technologies.
Conduct field visits, evaluate agricultural projects, and provide advisory services to enhance productivity and profitability.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainable agricultural development and rural consultancy.
Deep understanding of agricultural policies, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data, propose improvements, and implement actionable plans.
