NPI, a leading business in Vermont, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Hospitality Management Specialist to join our team. As a Hospitality Management Specialist at NPI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service and front desk departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Coordinate and manage guest reservations, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Train and develop front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Implement and enforce company standards and policies to ensure consistent delivery of service
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
