Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service and front desk departments to ensure smooth operation
- Coordinate and manage guest reservations, check-in, and check-out processes
- Train and develop front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and efficiently
- Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Implement and enforce company standards and policies to ensure consistent delivery of service
- Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
