Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth assessments of agricultural enterprises and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Develop customized financial strategies and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
Provide expert advice on risk management, commodity markets, and government regulations affecting the agribusiness sector
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure exceptional client service
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in agribusiness
Network with key industry stakeholders and represent KeyCorp in industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural finance, consulting, or a related field
Knowledge: Deep understanding of agricultural operations, financial analysis, risk management, and government programs
Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships
Passion: Genuine interest in agriculture, rural development, and sustainable solutions for the agribusiness sector
