Responsibilities:

Advocate for inclusivity, diversity, and cultural awareness within the company, fostering an open, respectful, and accepting environment.
Act as a liaison between the legal team and other departments, providing guidance on cultural and diversity-related matters.
Develop and implement policies and initiatives to promote cultural competency and diversity awareness.
Conduct training sessions to educate team members on cultural sensitivity, bias, and discrimination in the workplace.
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure cultural inclusivity in recruitment, hiring, and retention practices.
Stay up-to-date with legal compliance and industry trends related to diversity and inclusivity, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as sociology, anthropology, psychology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in a corporate setting.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks related to diversity and inclusivity.
Prior training and facilitation experience is a plus.
