About the Role

As an Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing breakthrough ideas related to the Tourism and Vacation industry. You will collaborate with a diverse team of researchers, engineers, and designers to create unique and engaging experiences for travelers.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze emerging trends in the travel industry, identifying areas for innovation
Generate creative ideas and conceptualize novel approaches to enhance tourism experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and bring innovative concepts to life
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
