Position: Performance Enhancement Specialist

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our elite athletes, sports teams, and fitness enthusiasts to enhance their performance through tailor-made training programs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans
Design and implement strength and conditioning programs
Provide nutritional guidance to optimize performance
Monitor and track progress of clients
Collaborate with coaches, physiotherapists, and other specialists
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and research

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and implementing individualized training programs
Strong knowledge of sports biomechanics and exercise physiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about sports and fitness
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Certifications in fitness training and nutrition (desired but not mandatory)
