Position: Wellness Program Coordinator
About the Role:
- As the Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee well-being initiatives.
- You will collaborate with various teams to develop comprehensive wellness programs, including fitness activities, nutrition workshops, stress management sessions, and more.
- Your role will involve assessing employee needs, planning engaging initiatives, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Additionally, you will work closely with external wellness vendors to ensure a wide range of wellness resources are available to all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sports Science, Nutrition, Psychology)
- Proven experience in implementing and managing wellness programs in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of holistic health, fitness, mental well-being, nutrition, and related industry trends
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate employees
