We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to blend your love for sports and entertainment with a focus on social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote active and healthy lifestyles
Organize and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and entertainment activities that align with our mission
Collaborate with local organizations and partners to create meaningful partnerships and sponsorships
Plan and lead campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness about social responsibility and environmental impact
Assist in the development and management of volunteer programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., sports management, event planning, marketing)
Strong knowledge and understanding of sports and entertainment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in community engagement or event planning
Passion for social responsibility and creating positive change
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office suite
