About the Position

As a Legal Operations Strategist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our legal department operates efficiently and effectively. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Legal team, providing strategic guidance and implementing best practices to optimize internal processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency within the Legal department
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Provide analytical support for legal matters and present findings to key stakeholders
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend relevant technology and tools
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in legal operations or a similar role
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and related legal matters
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in using technology to drive operational excellence
