Sundsvalls Tennisklubb, located in Västernorrlands län, Sweden, is a leading organization in the field of security and defense. We are currently looking for individuals who possess excellent skills and are passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.

Position: Security Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security procedures and protocols
Coordinate and oversee security operations within the club
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary measures to mitigate potential threats
Manage a team of security personnel, providing training and guidance
Collaborate with external stakeholders including law enforcement agencies, if required
Monitor and maintain security systems
Respond promptly to security incidents and provide effective resolutions

Requirements:

Proven experience in a security-related role
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and act swiftly in high-pressure situations
Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex situations
Valid security certifications (desired)
