About the Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent in alignment with our company's values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and industry networks
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
Manage and enhance the candidate experience from application to onboarding

Requirements:

Strong background in talent acquisition, with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to leverage various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and French
