Position: Global Business Development Manager

Wawa, Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Business Development Manager to drive our international expansion and oversee global business operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand Wawa's global presence
Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies for international markets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments and consumer trends in different regions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business plans for international ventures
Evaluate and negotiate potential partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions
Ensure compliance with international regulations and legal requirements
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Provide regular reports on business performance and key metrics to senior management
Stay up-to-date with global economic, political, and cultural trends to anticipate business opportunities and risks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of successfully expanding businesses into international markets
Strong knowledge of global market dynamics and cultural nuances
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to travel internationally as required
