Job Description:

Engage with customers in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner
Provide expert assistance and guidance on vehicle and driver licensing procedures
Conduct sales transactions, process payments, and issue appropriate documentation
Answer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
Offer personalized advice on vehicle licensing options and road tax requirements
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry updates

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle and resolve difficult customer interactions with empathy
Good knowledge of vehicles, driving licenses, and road tax regulations
Proficient in computer systems, including data entry and basic software applications
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
