Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our university, whether in person, via phone, or online, exceeds our students' and stakeholders' expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
  • Manage and maintain a customer relationship management system to track interactions and ensure follow-up
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve processes, address challenges, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Conduct surveys and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and inquiries

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to handle difficult customers and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
