Position: Environmental Stewardship Advocate

About the Role:

Riordan Grain Services is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Environmental Stewardship Advocate. In this role, you will actively contribute to our company's sustainable practices and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement environmental initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for sustainable practices throughout our operations.
Research and analyze data to assess the environmental impact of our activities.
Advocate for environmentally friendly policies and practices within the organization.
Lead training programs and awareness campaigns to promote sustainability among employees.
Engage with local communities and organizations to forge partnerships in supporting environmental causes.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields.
Prior experience in environmental advocacy, preferably within the agricultural or food industry.
Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret environmental data.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Passion for sustainable development and environmental conservation.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
