We are currently hiring for the position of:
Multicultural Community Engagement Specialist
About the Role:
As a Multicultural Community Engagement Specialist at HDB, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of community spirit and promoting diverse cultural exchange within our residential estates. Your role will focus on organizing and coordinating various events and activities that bring together residents of different backgrounds and interests.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing initiatives to engage residents in multicultural sports, arts, and entertainment activities.
- Collaborating with community partners to organize inclusive events that celebrate the diversity of our residents.
- Creating and executing cultural exchange programs to enhance social cohesion among different ethnic groups.
- Coordinating and managing community spaces where residents can participate in recreational activities.
- Providing guidance and support to community organizations and residents in planning their own events.
Requirements:
- A passion for promoting multiculturalism and embracing diversity.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in event planning and community engagement is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
