Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing facilities to identify areas for improvement and development strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements and develop effective plans
Manage construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain necessary resources and equipment
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
Oversee construction activities, including site preparation, scheduling, and budgeting
Implement efficient energy management techniques to optimize facility operations
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies in the facilities management field

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Strong knowledge of facilities improvement processes and building systems
Experience in project management and construction planning
Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints
