Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Colliers International, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients in South Carolina. This role requires a strong understanding of the Franchise/Chain industry and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential franchise/chain businesses for collaboration and partnership opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of services
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings to potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the franchise/chain industry
- Strong networking, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
