Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families in planning their dream vacations. As a Getaway Specialist, you will use your expertise in the tourism industry to create personalized itineraries tailored to our clients' preferences and needs. You will provide recommendations for accommodations, attractions, transportation, and other vacation activities.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to understand their vacation requirements
Research and analyze various travel destinations and attractions
Create customized vacation itineraries
Provide information on local culture, traditions, and attractions
Assist with booking accommodations, transportation, and activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues

Requirements:

Proven experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
Passionate about traveling and exploring different destinations
Excellent knowledge of popular tourism locations and attractions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficient in using travel planning software and online booking platforms
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
