Position: Brand Engagement Specialist

Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that optimize our online presence
Analyze market trends and audience insights to drive content development
Create compelling and visually appealing multimedia content, such as promotional videos, graphics, and animations
Manage our online communities and engage with followers on various platforms
Monitor and assess campaign performance, using data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies

Requirements:

Strong passion for digital media and an understanding of its evolving landscape
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in multimedia creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
Familiarity with online community platforms and social media management
Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to optimize strategies

Fluency in Italian and English
