Join our team as a Community Sustainment Specialist!

Your Impact:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance sustainable development within rural communities.
Promote eco-friendly practices and agricultural innovations that support local economies.
Collaborate with local farmers, ranchers, and agricultural organizations to identify needs and opportunities.
Coordinate information exchanges, training programs, and workshops to empower rural communities.
Facilitate partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, and industry leaders to drive growth and progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and rural development programs.
Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience in project management and community development initiatives.
