Position: Financial Strategist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Strategist to join our prestigious team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and implementing tailored financial strategies, ensuring our continued growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation
Create comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
Develop and execute effective investment strategies to optimize returns and manage risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial initiatives with organizational goals
Monitor and manage the organization's budget, cash flow, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and industry insights
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in finance, banking, or related roles
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, investment strategies, and risk management
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
Ability to handle complex financial transactions and projects
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
