Job Overview

As the Creative Studio Lead at Kaddas Enterprises, you will be responsible for leading our talented team of designers and artists, fostering creativity, and delivering exceptional results. Your role will be critical in shaping the visual identity and artistic direction of our projects, ensuring they align with our clients' needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of designers and artists
Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to final execution
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver customized solutions
Create and present design concepts, storyboards, and visualizations
Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new tools/software

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading a creative team
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
