About the Role

We are seeking a talented and visionary Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the growth and development of the University's franchise/chain initiatives, while ensuring alignment with our core values and academic standards.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry competition to identify potential growth opportunities for the University's franchise/chain sector
Create innovative strategies and action plans to enhance the profitability and market share of existing University franchises/chains
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding campaigns to attract new franchise partners and customers
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to optimize operational processes and maintain high-quality standards
Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses to assess the viability and potential risks of new franchise opportunities
Oversee the negotiation and establishment of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
Provide guidance and support to franchisees, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and best practices
Maintain regular performance tracking and reporting on key growth metrics

Requirements

Proven experience in the Franchise/Chain industry, with a focus on growth strategies and business development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the organization's mission
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
