Position: Multicultural Career Development Specialist
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering an environment where employees can flourish personally and professionally. Your focus will be on providing educational training programs and career progression opportunities for our valued team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive multicultural training curriculum
- Create and conduct engaging and impactful training sessions
- Mentor employees to facilitate their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with managers to identify and support individual career aspirations
- Assess and evaluate training effectiveness, implement necessary adjustments
Requirements:
- Experience in training and development, preferably in a multicultural environment
- Strong understanding of different cultural dynamics and sensitivity towards diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor training programs to address specific employee needs
