Position: Financial Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyze financial data, identifying trends and recommending improvements to optimize the school's financial performance
Monitor financial transactions, expenses, and revenue streams to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop financial models and forecasts to facilitate decision-making processes
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and provide valuable insights for effective decision making
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses, highlighting key performance indicators
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and operational improvements
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in finance and banking

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Excellent understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
Knowledge of finance and banking industry practices and regulations
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
